    This year we will focus on goal settting, and determination in bettering ourselves physically and mentally. Physical education is about learning how to incorperate fitness and wellness of one's mind and body, through activities, movement, and social interactions, using the three domains of learning Cognitive, psychomotor, Affective.

  • Fitness testing for April students must pass 4/5 fitness components. Students that fail to do so must take an extra year of physical education and possibly additional years until they pass the 4/5 components. Componants: 1. Aerobic capacity 2. sit-ups 3. push-ups 4. trunk lift 5. Sit & Reach Keep working hard and you will reach your goals!!!!
